About System Upgrade and Function Suspension of Some Coins

Dear users,

KEX will upgrade our system to provide better services. During the upgrade, the deposit and withdrawal functions of some coins will be suspended while their trading function will not be affected. Users holding positions of relevant coins please get prepared in advance.

Coins involved in this upgrade and suspension are: LTC, XRP, TRX, EOS, BSV, ETC, ZEC, DASH, HC, AAC, ETP, DNA, BRC, GRIN, BTM, SAFE, ACT, XAS, XEM, TEP, TNB, BUT, IIC, EGCC

The suspension will start from: 14:00 on December 20, 2020 (UTC 8)

Please pay attention to further announcement for the time of function resuming.

Deposit and withdrawal of BTC, ETH, FIL, RIA and USDT will not be affected.

OTC services will not be affected by this upgrade.
